Gorove/Slade Associates, Inc. analyzed the traffic associated with this project utilizing a traffic simulation model to illustrate the anticipated future conditions after the completion of the project. A key element of the design was the need for measures to prevent cut-through traffic in the neighborhood. This was accomplished by creating an indirect circulation pattern for traveling between arterials.
