Gorove/Slade Associates, Inc. partnered with the
engineering team to plan, design and gain approvals for the expansion of
the Fashion Show. The expansion project adds two new department stores to
the mall, as well as expansions of the existing anchors, Neiman Marcus,
Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy's, Robinsons-May, and Dillard's.
Gorove/Slade Associates' responsibilities include the preparation of parking and traffic impact studies; interaction with Clark County and the Nevada Department of Transportation regarding ongoing improvements to the adjacent public highways; design recommendations for the site's access, circulation and surface and structured parking facilities; and the evaluation of planned pedestrian and monorail facilities.
