Gorove/Slade Associates, Inc. provides transportation system planning and design services from a project’s inception through its implementation and operation. Pre-implementation tasks involve site assessments to determine the traffic and parking infrastructure requirements that are the basis for project costs and an assessment of feasibility. These studies are often part of a client's due diligence phase. When the project is determined feasible, Gorove/Slade is prepared to work on behalf of our client with the public agencies to delineate the features of the traffic, transportation and parking systems. We are often involved in developing proffer agreements with the public agencies, and we provide public testimony as required. Gorove/Slade typically continues through all project planning and design phases providing input to the project architects, engineers and construction contractors.
