The events of the last week associated with the killing of George Floyd continue to compound the tough time we are facing as a country. We are undoubtedly in a difficult period of history as we wrestle with social, economic, political and public health injustices and challenges.

Gorove Slade is an inclusive community where we accept and support one another regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief or nationality. We continue to strive to foster and celebrate our diversity. This has been the culture for the past 40 years, and it will continue to be as we move into the future.

We stand in solidarity with the Black Community demanding justice, and an end to systematic racism and inequality. We are committed to determining how Gorove Slade can best support this cause.

At Gorove Slade, our priority is the health and well-being of our employees, clients, collaborators, and communities. We are continuing to update our protocols based on the recommendations of federal, state and local agencies as well as those mandated by global health organizations.

We continue to move projects forward while ensuring to provide the safest environment. We have asked our employees to work from home and to hold virtual meetings. We have been working for years to create a virtual workplace and have put it into full effect. We have virtual office tools like video conferencing, remote working, screen share, and virtual networks to conduct work efficiently and safely. We will continue to provide highly responsive service without disruption. We are fully committed to our relationships and look forward to continuing to give our support during this time.

Thank you, stay healthy and stay safe.
