E-mail: Carl is based in our Richmond office, and he has 24 years of experience performing Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA), traffic signal design, and parking demand studies. He has worked for private, public and institutional clients across the Southeast. His market practice area includes nearly all of Virginia – including the Richmond, Fredericksburg, Charlottesville, Roanoke, Blacksburg, Lynchburg, Harrisonburg, Staunton and Hampton Roads metro areas. Carl performs traffic studies in West Virginia on a regular basis, and has also done work in Arkansas, Michigan, Ohio and Tennessee in the past for various clients. He is responsible for managing the Richmond office, and growing our presence in the markets we serve.
Carl is an active member of the Virginia Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (VASITE), the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Carl was born and raised in Maryland, and has lived in Richmond since 2011. He is married with three daughters, one son, and a golden retriever. In his spare time, he enjoys family time, running 5k’s, watching football, snow skiing, and learning about history.
