E-mail: Felice works out of the Alexandria office and manages projects in Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax County. Her considerable transportation engineering and planning experience includes multimodal transportation impact studies, traffic simulation, site access and circulation planning, roadway signing and striping plans, traffic signal design, functional parking lot and garage design, parking demand studies, shared parking analysis, loading dock analysis, and Transportation Demand Management (TDM) planning and analysis. She has been involved with various types of projects including mixed-use developments, multi-family residential developments, commercial and retail developments, transit-oriented developments, and municipal uses. Felice holds a PE and is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Felice is originally from the Atlanta area and lives in Alexandria with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, being outdoors, and baking with her kids.
