Life Time Fitness, a national developer and operator of fitness and wellness facilities, is opening a new facility at the Virginia Gateway development in Gainesville VA. This development activity is located on the east side of Limestone Road between Gateway Business Center and Gainesville Middle School.
The project required rezoning of the property and will be constructed in two phases. Phase 1, which was completed in March 2019, included the Lifetime Fitness Center of up to 115,000 square feet. Phase 2, to be completed in 2021, will consist of outparcel commercial uses including specialty retail and a restaurant.
