Ariel is a transportation engineer in the Fairfax office and her work is concentrated in Fairfax County. She has experience with traffic engineering and transportation planning concepts, including transportation impact studies, traffic modeling and simulation using Synchro, Sidra, and SimTraffic, design waiver and AM-E requests, signal justification reports, and parking management plans. Her resume features several high density mixed-use, multi modal projects and she served as a mentor for the summer internship program.
Originally from Maryland, Ariel is now a Virginia resident with her cat Tippy. Outside of work she enjoys gymnastics and shopping at Trader Joe’s. Ariel frequently participates in outside office events including Gingertown, the May Mile Challenge, and happy hours!
